CRON Jobs

It’s a script scheduler that allows you to set up jobs to run at specific times that you’d have to normally run by hand. It could be a script that needs to be run several times a day, nightly or at month-end. For as many seconds as there are on a clock, a CRON job can be setup. In cPanel, it’s exactly just that easy, but not in vDeck. vDeck uses something called the Domain Pointing Manager that is soooo convoluted in terminology that no newbie would be able to figure it out, much less an experienced webmaster. Seriously. I was afraid to do it for fear I would redirect my entire site, not just a single page. cPanel redirects are easy to do.
