Three years of unlimited web hosting for less than the price of one year? Compared to three years at the regular prices, that works out to…$1.30/month. That IS crazy stupid. I’m not sure how low rates equate to downtime, but in answer to your question, no. I have two accounts with them and rarely notice any downtime. Most of the times it’s my own browser’s cache giving me grief.
