Which one should I get – Justhost or Hostgator?

Question:

I have three WordPress sites and want to host them, but there are mixed reviews about various companies. I’ve zeroed down to two – Justhost and Hostgator. Money is a factor, but not sacrifizing the uptime. The Uptime and unlimited (space, domain and email) are two most important factors. Which one is better- justhost or hostgator. Please advice with an example of your sites.

Answer:

Out of those two, JustHost is the cheapest, but HostGator is more stable.

Since you’re using WordPress, there is another host you may not have heard of.  It’s WebHostingHub.  I recently moved a bunch of WordPress sites over to a Hub account because they ran really slow on my JustHost reseller account.  I was amazed at the difference.  On the JH blogs, I could actually watch the screen paint and I have a high-speed broadband connection.  When I transferred them to the Hub, they displayed in an instant.

WebHostingHub runs cPanel and they have all the usual unlimited features like hosting space, bandwidth, domains on one account, databases, email, etc.

About the up-time, I have never encountered a problem with not being able to access my sites, email, control panel, anything.  They’ve always been up.  You know darn well that if there was a problem with excessive down-time, people would be complaining wildly and one of the first places they go to is the Better Business Bureau.  The Hub has an A+ rating with the BBB.  With their 90-day money-back guarantee, that will give you plenty of time to check them out.

Here’s an example of one of my sites on Hub:  Resistance Bands Reviews
