Question: Ipage is cheaper, and unless someone gives me a reason as to why Ipage sucks and bluehost is great, why shouldn’t I go with Ipage? I have read some bad reviews but I don’t know, could be bluehost talking smack about ipage.

Answer:  They’re both good and I can speak from experience.

iPage – Yes, they are a bit cheaper, but if you want an easy to use web host with a simple control panel without a lot of geeky stuff, then pick iPage. Click here to see the iPage control panel review.  I did briefly have an ipage account, but canceled it because I had been using hosting with cPanel and I was used to it.  They use vDeck.  I don’t like change.  When I find something I like, I tend to stick with it.  Heck, it took me several years to stop building HTML sites and embrace WordPress.  lol  iPage also uses the SimpleScripts software installer.  It has more stuff than cPanel’s Fantastico. They’ve got great customer service and will bend over backwards to help you. Very courteous. No condescending people. It was always a pleasure talking to them.

BlueHost – I have a BlueHost account and I got it, because like I said, I like cPanel.  But also because BlueHost is the only cPanel host that I’m aware of that doesn’t use Fantastico.  They use SimpleScripts, instead.  Plus, they have an A+ rating with the BBB and a lot of  website developers and affiliates were always recommending them so I got one.
