Where we can get quality hosting with helpful customer support?

We have previously used many hosting companies in the past for shared, reseller and master reseller hosting and we were messed around more times than the websites were actually live. All we want is a genuine hosting company that can supply us with genuine hosting without 100′s of hours downtime and has decent support. Please let us know of any you come across.

I would suggest using WebHostingHub because they have an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau and you know that wouldn’t be the case if they had a lot of downtime and crappy support. I have a Hub account and I don’t have any downtime.
