Where is the best place to host and build a Flash website?

Okay, I swear I checked out every hosting site and their reviews. However, I still can’t decide on which is the best. Everysite site has tons of good and bad things about it. Basicly my main concern is having a great web designer. I could honestly care less about the CPanel, and SQL Server base and all. All, I want is a good site that’s around $ 5 or less a month, and has a great web builder that supports custom HTML (for embedding objects and all) If it comes with a free domain on registration that’s a plus. Now out of these, which do you think is the best. Ipage, Justhost, sitecube, or bluehost.
oh btw, I’m not creating a business site, I’m creating a video site, and I want eye popping graphics. (and a little flash would be good)

Out of those 4 web hosts that you mentioned, I would go with iPage because they have a drag n drop site builder, but you’re not going to get eye-popping graphics with a web hosting site builder. They’re all pre-designed template driven. You’ll need to design your own site or…
Use the Flash site builder called Wix. They’ve already got hundreds of templates to choose from, but you can also modify them or make your own with the drag n drop editor. You can also upload any kind of media, including your videos. Sign up for free and try it out to see if it will get the job done.
