Where can I get a cheap domain name, full DNS control and FREE whois privacy?

I already have a main domain and hosting for 3 years but I want another domain to use that is a little shorter (its the initials). I need to have full control of it and I really prefer the whois privacy to be included unless it SUPER CHEAP! Thanks =D
