Site5 or SiteGround – Which hosting company should I use for my website?

I am looking to start a Joomla! website with an integrated forum. I have come to two hosting companies, Site5 and Siteground.

Does anyone have any experience with either? Which should I go with? Or, if you would recommend a different company, please let me know.
