Will I be able to use video occasionally?

Answer:

What do you mean you’ll be uploading it soon? What is it you’re going to upload? Did you design your own theme or will you be importing an existing WordPress export? WordPress.com is free, but you can’t upload anything to it except images and there’s a space limit on that.

You can include URL’s to videos on YouTube using the Insert Media tool and it will embedded the video into your post, but you can’t upload video files to WordPress.com.

For free hosting, you can try DotEasy. You’ll have to buy a domain name, but the web hosting is free.

I can also suggest iPage web hosting. It’s not free, but darn near. They’re having a drastic reduction in price going on right now for a huge holiday sale. You can get hosting with unlimited web space and bandwidth for as little as $2.95/mo. That’s insane.

Not cheap enough? Then try WebHostingPad for only $1.99/mo with no price increase on renewals. Beats me how they do that.
