I wanna start buying and selling domain names.  BUT I need some help.  Where can I buy cheap domains? and is it possible to create your own? if yes how?  AND…When you buy a domain…for a price…is it yours for good? … or do you pay a price every year?

Yes, you “create your own”.  All you need to do is come up with a name that isn’t already taken then just pay to register it.

The name is yours for good AS LONG as you keep paying the renewal fee on it.  You pick then term, yearly or multi-year.
