I need to know how easy is to use the tools of these two web hosting companies to build an e-store for a person who has not HTML knowledge? Anyone out there can tell their experience with either of these two companies? Thank you,

What are you going to be selling?  How complex is your site going to be?  Without knowing these things, it’s impossible to say if JustHost or FatCow has the tools you need.  Usually the online builders are pretty simple.

You can easily accept PayPal for payment on your site.  PayPal handles all the encryption necessary.  Or, will you be using a merchant account to accept credit cards?  In which case, your site it would have to be encrypted which means you have to get a SSL certificate for the site. That’s a yearly fee.

You could also try BigCommerce.  They have a free trial you can play around with to see if it will meet your needs.
