How Do I Transfer WordPress Website to New Hosting?

I have a full backup of my wordpress website, and I am changing hosting. I have tried to upload the full wordpress website to my new hosting, but it refuses to work? Looked all over the internet for answers, couldn’t find anything.

You’re in luck. I have written complete instructions on how to transfer WordPress to new web hosting. There are instructions for transferring both a WordPress.com site and one hosted at another host. A 3 year old could do it.
