How can I hide image source/ability to copy images on wordpress?

Question:

I have a hosted wordpress blog and I’d like to take away the ability for people to copy the pictures posted on my blog. I’d also like to hide the ability they have to view the image’s location. Any plugins to help me with this?

Answer:

Can’t be done. You can disable right-clicking, but they can still view the source to see the image path. They can also use the Windows Snipping Tool to screen grab them an image of them right off the page. It’s futile. Just put a good title and anchor text on them and let them get indexed by Google so they appear in Google Images. More mojo and traffic for you. I had someone comment to me on one of my blogs that they found my site from an image in Google Images. Both Bing and Yahoo also have image galleries.  Likewise, you can tell them not to index your images.
