How Can I Get A Free Website?

okay so this may sound weird but i have wanted to create something along the lines of a website, that i can earn money for. i dont really care about earning money but i want to create something that people can enjoy or a website that people can get stuff from that they will enjoy. i have tried many websites that offer so called, “free web hosting” but every single one has a .webs.com domain or a .web.officelive.com. K so heres why i wanted it free, I am 14 years old. I have a job, but. i have no way of paying an online service to host for me. dont get me wrong Im not stupid im actually pretty smart i know how to code a website. and keep it running. ive been looking forever and i cant seem to find anything i always just manage to be on the computer researching from like 10 untill 1 in the morning or later and i get hardly any sleep.

If you don’t want one of those sub-domain names, then you have to buy your own domain name. You can get one from NameCheap for around $10/yr, but then you have to find some place to host it. Or, you can do URL forwarding to one of those free sub-domain accounts. You can even do URL forwarding with masking. That way your domain name always appears in the address bar.

Or, you can get free hosting from DotEasy, but then you’ll have to pay $25 for the domain name in order to get that free hosting.

Or, you can get paid hosting for $46.56 upfront for the first year from PowWeb and they’ll give you a domain name for free.

Any way you slice it, if you want your own top level domain name, you’re going to have to pay.
