can .us domains be viewed in every country around the world or just the USA?

I’ve opened this little “website hosting” thing, and i’m trying to buy a domain name for it! I already own a .com website, so i want to buy something a little cheaper? Like a .us domain, since i’m only 15! So, do .us domains work, in other countries? like will freehostinghs.us work in Europe, Africa ect..? And will countries that censor things that come from the us to their countries like North Korea, allow it?

Answer:

The type of domain doesn’t matter.  It will be seen world-wide.  North Korea will censor what it sensors, but having a .us TLD will probably raise the red flag and it will get blocked.
