This means that if you host a popular site the amount of time it takes for your viewers to view each page will be terribly long to the point of being a victim of it&#039;s own success.
My advice is either use a free hosting service, with it&#039;s downsides or pay for a professional service who can offer significant access speeds.</description>

		<description>well if you want to cut out on host then to host your own domain you will need a server...all websites are hosted on servers they are always on and they store and send the data thats put in them.
though I reccomend going with http://000webhost.com 
its free and they give you alot for free! you can buy your domain thru godaddy or anyone and link it to them by changing the nameservers in your control pannal...</description>
