Best Hosting for WordPress

Question:  What is the best hosting service to host a wordpress blog, so that it will load quickly?

Answer:  Don’t you just hate a slow blog?  I’ve installed WordPress on several different hosting accounts and they run so slow, even with nothing on them.  Caching plugins aren’t going to help at that point because there’s nothing to cache.  There’s one plugin I use call Use Google Libraries and really speeds things up.
