How do I install one of those “Find us on Twitter, Facebook etc” badges for my WordPress self hosted blog?

I need to find a “find us facebook” “find us on Twitter” widget to put on my self hosted WordPress blog. Does anyone know where I get one from and how I install it.

There is a WordPress plugin called AddToAny: Share/Bookmark/Email Buttons that has a TON of social networking buttons.
