Question:

The first step on the instructions to install WordPress with Fantastico is “log into your website’s cPanel account.” But I can’t seem to find a “cPanel” anything on WordPress. Is there somewhere else I have to look?

cPanel is your web hosting account control panel. Just type your domain name and put /cpanel after it like this: http://example.com/cpanel

Then login with your username and password.

Then scroll down to the Scripting and Addons section to find Fantastico De Luxe. Click on it. The WordPress installer is in there.
