Where I can get a WordPress blog hosted for free?

I’d prefer no ads, but right now I’d just like somewhere where I can get a custom theme as opposed to a pre-chosen one. Thanks!

You must be at WordPress.com. They do have a large selection of themes that you can change to, just in case you didn’t know that.
